Mission Statement

Helping local businesses grow through relational networking and on-going community support

How do we do that?
Since September 2000, the North Gwinnett Business Association, N.G.B.A., has been bringing local businesses together as a vehicle to promote the common growth of those businesses in North Gwinnett/South Hall counties.

Monthly meetings held the second Monday of every month from 5:30pm-7:30pm have proven effective in not only growing the N.G.B.A.'s membership but has allowed those same businesses to give back to the community through its scholarship fund. All one has to do is peruse our membership directory to realize the scope of the businesses benefiting from their association.

Generally, the meeting's structure consists of:
  • Networking and socializing for about an hour, complete with complimentary food and beverages
  • The group congregates together for a brief review of Association affairs
  • The real fun begins when we go around the group and everyone gets an opportunity to tell who they are and what they do (Imagine effectively connecting with 40-60 business people)
  • After the introductions are complete, door prizes are awarded
  • More networking ensues
  • Come prepared with plenty of business cards, to introduce yourself to a group of 40-60 peers, and bring a door prize for additional exposure.

The N.G.B.A. meetings are held at various locations from art galleries, to restaurants, to event facilities, to warehouses. Please visit the Meeting Schedule for more information about our upcoming meetings.
